I got to enjoy Chi’s Chinese Cuisine last on Wednesday thanks to the PTA Restaurant of the Month Fundraiser. I haven’t been there in years and was pleasantly reminded how delicious their food is. Thanks to the PTA board for organizing fun events such as this!
PBIS - Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports
Spring has sprung early! Maybe we will get relief from the sudden heat, but it is a good time to review and reinforce the expectations for all students to be safe, responsible, and respectful. Teachers and staff work with the students daily to instruct students on being positive contributors to the school community. We want all students to treat others the way they want to be treated so that everyone can feel happy, safe, and respected. This means being kind and using nice words. Include others. Listen when others talk. Say “STOP” if someone is mean and breaks these guidelines. Tell a trusted adult if they do not stop or if someone is hurt.

School Experience Survey
The LAUSD Annual School Experience Survey will close on March 27, 2026. Our parent participation rate (as of March 18, 2026) is at 89%. Please continue to complete the survey at ses.lausd.org and fill out the attached parent confirmation form.
Parent Center
The next Parent Workshop will be held on Friday, April 17 @ 8:15 am in the auditorium. School Counselor Ms. Ibarra, will present how to support your child as they grow and develop to maximize success at school and beyond.
