LAUSD M&O crews have been working to improve the pavement on various areas of campus. Thank you all for your patience and flexibility as the drop off and pick ups have been affected. We anticipate the work to be completed next week.
School Experience Survey
The LAUSD Annual School Experience Survey opened on February 2, 2026. So far, Ms. Lepe’s 4th Grade Class has achieved 100% parent participation by brining in the paper confirmation. We celebrated their success with donuts this morning. The next two classes to also bring in 100% parent confirmation will also get donuts and we look forward to seeing which classes will achieve this. If you have not yet done the survey, please complete it and fill out the parent form. It is attached to this message for your convenience.
Sweets from Around the World - Kindness & Diversity
El Oro Way celebrated our third annual Sweets from Around the World in our Kindness and Diversity campaign with our students! On Wednesday, February 4, students enjoyed a little taste of sweets from around the world. Thank you to all who participated by donating and volunteering! LA Jazz Society Concert
Students will be treated to a jazz concert on Monday, February 9, 2026. This non-profit brings the concerts to school for free approximately once every 15 years, but we funded to
