Hello El Oro Way Charter for Enriched Studies Learning Community,
This week, Visual Arts Teacher Ms. Herrera began sessions in classrooms. Under her direction, students completed an art lesson using water color. Music Teacher Ms. Perryman has also returned to our campus. Theater teacher Ms. Burn was here in the fall and continues to be here. All of these arts teachers will be at our site until the end of the school year and all classrooms will participate in sessions with all three arts disciplines.
The LA Jazz Society will be performing for our students on February 11, 2025. It has been 16 years since they visited our school and we look forward to seeing and hearing their performance.
The school’s Local School Leadership Council Meeting will be at 2:45pm on Monday. Zoom link can be found on the school website calendar.
